Our Board is comprised of both community members and parents/guardians of children enrolled in our programs.
Our Board of Directors establishes the program's direction and its financial and personnel policies. According to the Society Act, the directors are required to manage or supervise the management of the affairs of the learning centre. Our directors do not participate in the day to day operations of the programs but involve themselves in other aspects depending on their strengths and experience.
Our board carries out the work of the Learning Centre. It is responsible for the way the learning centre operates and must comply with the legal requirements set out in legislation. The Board of Directors have the final legal authority and responsibility for the conduct of the learning centre and is accountable to the members.
